Philosophy
In keeping with our emphasis on the highest possible level of client involvement, representation, and personal service we treat each client as if they are our sole client. Because each project is built around a particular client with very specific expectations and requirements, we tailor our management program in order to provide the support and service level that will most effectively assist the client in achieving his or her project goals. We can offer any client a full gamut of service ranging from total turnkey "cradle to grave" down to a simple owner's consultant, dependent upon a specific client's sophistication and level of comfort. We stress planning and communication throughout the process-planning to eliminate any lost time and wasted expense, and communication to assure that everyone involved in the project from the client down through the trade contractors and suppliers always knows the status and the game plan.
The Management
James N. Fowler (President of the Corporation) is a Wyoming native who spent many enjoyable summers and winters in Casper, the north-eastern Bighorn and Jackson areas. He has earned BA degrees in business, mathematics and physics and an MBA. His construction career began in Salt Lake City, Utah where he was involved in a wide range of projects. These included both large up-scale commercial and residential projects and small residential and commercial remodels, including the remodel of a large premier department store, the development and construction of housing, operating and equestrian facilities for a custom 1,500-acre ranch retreat and multiple custom residential projects. Upon returning to Jackson, he has been directly responsible for the construction of high-end residential projects up to 13,000 SqFt, new commercial projects in excess of 25,000 SqFt and multiple residential and commercial remodels and additions.
